Website Creation
The website creation service is produced using Wix unless otherwise specified. Alternative platforms include but are not limited to Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Squarespace, etc... (Additional charges may incur if requesting use of a non-Wix platform).
What content needs to be provided?
• Company name and logo.
• Company contact details.
• Paragraph text for all requested webpages.
• Images (or funds to buy stock images).
• Company branding, colors, fonts, etc...
• All webpages requested and titles for each.
• Special Requests
Ex. Do not create a contact page.
Ex. Allow customers to make purchases online.
Ex. Require users to log-in or provide email
address to gain access.

What is Included in the Website Service?
• 1 Domain name (if not already ascertained) which will be up for renewal in 1 or 2 years, depending on the plan.
• The ability to host from the Wix platform.
• A personalized website with mobile optimization.
• Basic search engine optimization which can be upgraded for an additional fee.
• The ability to view your web analytics through the Google Analytics platform.

What is Included in the Logo and Branding Service?
• Three logo designs to choose from if a logo is being created.
• Two review revisions, in which the client may provide feedback on changes to the design. Additional changes
without charge are at the discretion of the designer.
• A completed high resolution logo design, provided both as a PNG file and an AI working file.
• If branding is required, a completed template formatted to fit your designated product will be provided.
Logos and Branding
Custom logos will be created using Adobe Illustrator unless otherwise specified. Branding will require an AI, EPS, or PDF file of the and will then be able to be formatted to fit any template
What content needs to be provided?
• Company name.
• A general idea of how you want the logo to look.
• If you have company colors you'd like incorporated.
• If requesting branding only, a high resolution vector
file of the logo will be needed.
• Company branding, colors, fonts, etc...
Logos and Branding
Infographics
Infographics will be created using Adobe Illustrator unless otherwise specified. Infographics can be made to fit any size dimensions and can be created for web or print. Infographic is able to be delivered as a PDF, PNG, JPEG, etc...
What content needs to be provided?
• Data and text to be used in the infographic.
Designer is not responsible for calculating statistics
or researching additional data.
• Company Name and company information to be
included.
• Requested design dimensions.
• Company branding, colors, fonts, Logos, etc...
What is Included in the Infographic Creation Service?
• One completed infographic, sized to the client's specifications.
• Working Illustrator file and a PDF, PNG, or JPEG version of the file.
• Two review revisions, in which the client may provide feedback on changes to the design. Additional changes
without charge are at the discretion of the designer.

What is Included in the Marketing Material Creation Service?
• A PDF, JPEG, or PNG version of the document.
• Two review revisions, in which the client may provide feedback on changes to the design. Additional changes
without charge are at the discretion of the designer.
• A completed high resolution design, provided both as a PNG file and an AI working file.
Marketing Materials
Potential marketing material designs include posters, flyers, business cards, brochures, advertisements, etc...
They can be created using Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other software as requested.
What content needs to be provided?
• Company name.
• Company branding, colors, fonts, etc...
• Selection of the type of material to be designed.
• Text content associated with that design.

What is Included in the Social Media Content Creation Service?
• Two-three design layouts choose from.
• Two review revisions, in which the client may provide feedback on changes to the design. Additional changes
without charge are at the discretion of the designer.
• A completed high resolution design, tested and formatted to work on the social media platform specified.
• A working file of the content and a PNG or JPEG version of the file.
Social Media Content
Social Media Content will be created using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop unless otherwise specified. Social Media can be created to any dimensions, though some platforms have ideal image sizing.
What content needs to be provided?
• Any text content to be included.
• Company branding, colors, fonts, logo, etc...
• Image dimensions, or the platform you're planning
to post it on if you're unsure of the sizing.
